The application for permit for the performance of distribution of explosives shall be submitted to the competent Government Office according to paragraph (6) of Section 4 and point 4 of Annex 2 of Government decree 121/2016.
The certificate of bank or installed terminals concerning transfer to bank account according to Annex 3 of fee of permitting coded and specified in point 4 of Annex 1 to Ministerial decree 78/2015 shall be attached to the application.
